This is a complete guide on how to list your business step by step if you are having a few problems.

1. Create an account

Start by creating an account, there is a slight variation if you are using a desktop, laptop or mobile.

Desktop/Laptop – This is done by clicking ‘Register’ in the top right of the menu header bar.

Mobile –  Click the ‘Person’ icon in the top right next to the basket and search icon, then choose register on the form.

2. Add a listing

Once you have created your account, choose ‘Add a listing’

Desktop – Choose the ‘Add a listing’ button in the very top right of the menu bar, this is easily accessed from the homepage.

Mobile – From the hamburger menu (the 3 line menu in the top right) you will see ‘Add a listing’ in the bright purple button at the bottom of the menu.

3. Choose ‘Add a business’

This next page gives you details of the packages and costs that are available. 

£19.99 – Self listed option | 1 year inclusion on the site

£49.99 – Professional written profile | 2 year inclusion on the site | priority placement in search results.

4. Choose your preferred package

This is a simple choice of what package you would like to choose after you have signed up.

5. Enter all your details on the listing page

This should take you between 15-30 minutes, depending on if you have all of your business details to hand


1. General Section

Business Name – Add your business name

Business slogan or core message – Add a catchy title here, it will display on the search results page for all potential customers to see. 

Short description – Add a few short paragraphs that will tell customers the best parts of your business. You have space to write around 250 words.


2. Additional Details

Additional Details – A chance to add more information about your business and what you are able to provide, you have 1,500 words in this section, so add any more content you want to add in here.


3. Add your logo, business banner and images

Logo – This is the small square section of your listing, we would advise adding your company logo here where possible. Aim for around 512 x 512 pixels if you are able to get somebody to create an image for you.

Search Banner Image – This is the image that is displayed behind your business name when people search. For best results a rectangle works best 768 x 512 pixels.

Images of your business or completed work – These images show behind the header on your listing page. They are also included as a gallery on the listing page. We recommend they be 1200 x 800 pixels. It’s also recommended that you upload a minimum of 3 images to ensure the header is filled.


4. Contact information

Email – Add your email address here, it will also be used as your login email address.

Phone number – Add your phone number, this is optional and will be displayed on the listing page.

Website URL – A chance to add your website URL should people want more information about your business.


5. Social networks

Add Your Socials – A chance to add any of your social accounts, this is optional.


6. Location – Where are you based?

Location – Start typing your address and our system will automatically find your address. This is shown on the listing page so you can be as detailed as you want, you could just type in your street or general area.


7. Choose your nearest city

Nearest City – Optional, but helps those who are searching via using cities.


8. Your Work / Opening Hours

Work Hours – If you are able, add your typical working hours here, this is to give customers an idea of your general working hours to be able to contact you.

Timezone – This has already been pre-populated as GMT London.


9. Business Category

Number of years trading – This is optional but is an important metric for customers to be able to find you and build trust.

Add Accreditations and awards – A chance to add any certificates here, only images are allowed here for security purposes, jpg and png. Size doesn’t matter as much here, so feel free to upload them in any size.

Business Features – Choose all that apply – A checklist of possible options that your business provides, tick all that apply, they are used by some customers during their search.

Category – Choose all that apply – A checklist of possible business options that you can provide to customers. You are able to add as many as you like, but we will automatically delete more than 3 choices to prevent spam.
