Yes! It’s completely free for homeowners to browse traders profiles, read reviews and use the full suite of contact options. Direct messaging, contact forms, displayed numbers and social platforms are all available (as long as they are completed by the business).

Yes, as part of the sign up process we run a number of background checks to ensure they are a legitimate business. This includes checking HMRC and other databases.

Yes, you may leave a review as long as this is legitimate. If this is contested, we may require additional proof from both sides.

No, there are no limits. We do not restrict your activity. You are able to contact traders in any way you see fit.

We do however operate a fair usage policy. This would apply if we deem that anybody is abusing the system in any way.

Yes, for 1 year while the site is currently under development. We aim to keep costs as low as possible, and we believe that £19.99 per year offers excellent value vs all competitors.

Yes, we currently have a £49.99 service for those who are short on time or may want professionals to complete their business profile on their behalf.

We will ensure all your images content and details are perfect before going live. This also includes a 2-year listing on the site plus priority order in search results. This effectively means we are writing all of your content and creating your images for £10!

No, we don’t believe in microtransactions or additional fees. Everything is included for each business. Direct messaging, contact forms and a fully unlocked business listing.

No, there are no limits. We do not restrict customer or business accounts for the number of messages or contacts they receive.

Yes, as part of the £19.99/£49.99 fee, we run a number of checks for each business that include checking government websites and businesses databases.

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. If you’re within the first 30 days, you’re eligible for our no-quibble refund policy.

Yes, you can update any part of your profile. This includes services, photos, qualifications and can be done at any time by logging into your account.
